Meet our Board
Board Chairman
Daniel holds a PhD in Education from Ballsbridge University and an MSc in Project Management from the Open University of Malaysia. He is a First Class graduate in Electronics and Communications Engineering and a proprietor of Evergreenfield Montessori, a basic school in Accra. He is an experienced Electronic/Telecommunication Engineer and Project Manager with a rich background from roles at Ghana Telecommunication Company Limited, Zain Communications, and Airtel Ghana Limited. His expertise includes managing major telecom infrastructure projects, such as metro fiber optics and national transmission backbone upgrades, and he aims to leverage his diverse experience in education and technology for national development projects.

Seidu holds an MPhil in Marketing Strategy from the SD Dombo University of Business and Integrated Studies and an MSc in Supply Chain and Logistics Management from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He is an experienced and highly energetic sales expert with over ten years of experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and consumer durables. His professional competencies include strategic revenue growth, channel development and management, retail sales, and marketing strategy. Seidu has held significant management roles, including Managing Director of Al-Saeed Enterprise and Zonal Sales Manager for OLAM Ghana Ltd, where he was responsible for territory analysis, sales team management, and debt portfolio analysis. He is also actively involved in political committee leadership and fundraising.

Gbene holds a Master’s in Public Affairs from Accra Business School and a Graduate Diploma in Marketing from ICM-UK. He is the Managing Director of GabAgric Ltd, with extensive experience in business management, agribusiness, and community development. His career includes roles as Acting Director for the Complementary Education Agency and Field Officer for SAVE-GHANA. A recognized leader in agriculture, he has received multiple awards, including Best National Quality Farmer and Regional Best Farmer. His skills encompass strategic planning, staff development, and project management, with a strong focus on driving growth in corporate and social environments.
Board Member
Emmanuel holds an MSc from the University of Florida, Gainesville, U.S.A., and a BSc (Hons) from KNUST, Kumasi, Ghana. He is a member of the Ghana Institution of Engineering (GHE No: 12413). An accomplished academic and consultant, Emmanuel possesses significant experience in administrative procedures within a university setting, including serving as an elected member of a Governing Council. His professional competence includes effective boardroom contribution, practical teaching abilities in Mechanical Engineering subjects, and research in Mechanical Engineering Systems. He is an effective originator and implementer of projects and has led the development of syllabi for degree programs. Emmanuel is also a consultant trainer and a contributor to international studies with the TIMSS & PIRLS International Study Center.

Ahmed Issah is an Assistant Director I with a BA in Social and Development Administration from the University for Development Studies. He is an experienced educator with over 22 years of teaching experience in various institutions, including his long-standing role at Akumfi Ameyaw SH5. His professional background encompasses significant leadership and management experience, demonstrated through roles such as Senior Housemaster and Senior Form Master. Ahmed has also held several executive positions in student and community associations, showcasing his commitment to community service and development. His field experience includes leading a third-trimester practical program in the Savanna Region.
